Rooms are very dated. Stains on the carpet, shower head had calcium deposits all over it and wasn’t sealed to the wall tile. The tub drain in the shower was very slow to drain the water. The main pool is not relaxing on the weekends (overcrowded) and there isn’t enough seating available for the amount of guests present. On a positive note, the staff was very nice, professionally, and the restaurant was great!

"we stay here about once a year. Always a good time. It was great that the JW Market was actually open on a Sunday. It's so annoying when you come to the resort and things aren't open. The market is awesome just wish it stayed open later, through dinner or later because he pizza is awesome"
